Meet Kaya — The Practitioner Behind Kaya Beauty Clinic
More than 20 years of experience across skin, hair and beauty, with a belief that professional expertise and a luxury salon experience should always feel personal.
I’m Kaya, the founder and practitioner behind Kaya Beauty Clinic in Harris Park, near Parramatta. I created Kaya to bring together luxury beauty and skin care, professional hands-on facials, hair and beauty services, and advanced corrective treatments in a calm, welcoming setting. More than two decades of working closely with clients have shaped the way I care for the person as well as their skin.

Kaya Beauty Clinic was established in Harris Park in 2013, although my experience across skin, hair and beauty began long before the clinic opened.
Over the years, I have worked with clients experiencing pigmentation, melasma, acne, acne marks, sensitivity, dehydration, changing skin, hair concerns and many different beauty needs. This has taught me that the same visible concern does not always need the same starting point.
I take time to listen, examine the skin and understand what has already been tried. Sometimes an advanced treatment may be appropriate. At other times, the skin may need a restorative facial, barrier support, hydration, simpler home care or time to settle before stronger treatment begins.
This considered approach is especially important when working with Indian, South Asian and other melanin-rich skin tones. Treatment selection, preparation, intensity and aftercare can all influence how comfortably the skin responds.

Technology has a place at Kaya, but it is only one part of a much wider approach to supporting the skin.

The place we built. The soul you gave it.
Kaya was built by us, yes. But I have never believed that the energy people feel here belongs only to us.
Since opening in Harris Park in 2013, so many people have walked through our doors carrying something meaningful with them: their trust, their faith, their prayers, their blessings and their genuine wish to see Kaya grow. Some clients have been with us for years. Others have quietly supported us, recommended us, encouraged us or simply wished good things for Kaya with a pure heart. I believe all of that stays somewhere.
Maybe that is why people feel something when they walk in. Kaya is not filled only with furniture, treatments and products. It is filled with years of conversations, laughter and tears. With clients falling asleep peacefully in the treatment chair. With women feeling comfortable enough to share things they may never have said anywhere else. With blessings and kind words offered before someone walks back out the door.
Women have been a significant part of Kaya's story, but this care belongs to our male clients too. I have had the privilege of helping men and women who arrived feeling self-conscious about their skin, hair or appearance. Seeing someone feel more comfortable in themselves, regain confidence or return with a smile means more to me than I can easily explain. I am grateful to have played a part in those moments.
We have always wanted Kaya to offer a high-end beauty and skin experience, with professional treatments, experienced hands and a refined, tranquil environment. But the most meaningful part of that experience cannot be purchased through interiors, products or branding. It has been built slowly, person by person, through years of trust and care.
So yes, Kaya belongs to me in one way. But in another, a little piece of Kaya belongs to every person who has ever come here with a good heart. When I think about Kaya in that way, my heart feels very full.
